Privacy Policy
Effective 19 August 2026
The Short Version
space-hills-casino.online is a publication. There is no account to create, no wallet to fund and no gameplay to record, so the amount of personal data moving through here is small by design.
What Reaches Us
When you send the contact form we receive the name, email address, subject and message you typed. That is all the form collects and all we use it for — answering you.
When any page loads our web server writes a log line: IP address, timestamp, the URL requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system string. Logs are what keep the site upright and let us spot abuse.
We ask for nothing else. No date of birth, no payment details, no identity documents. If a message arrives containing that kind of information, we delete it rather than file it.
Cookies
The site runs on a small set of cookies. Necessary ones remember your language choice and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. Analytics cookies, where you allow them, count visits and show which pages get read.
Your browser can block or clear all of them. Nothing on the site breaks if you do — the language switcher simply forgets you between visits.
Measurement
Aggregated traffic statistics tell us which pages work. We look at totals, not individuals, and we do not attempt to identify a visitor from them.
Who Else Sees It
Our hosting provider stores the server logs as part of running the infrastructure. Nobody else receives your data, and it is not sold, rented or traded — not now and not later.
Where the law compels disclosure, we comply. Otherwise, no.
How Long It Stays
Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months so a conversation can be picked up again, then deleted. Server logs roll off after 30 days. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that points to a person.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or object to processing. Write to info@space-hills-casino.online and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and material sent to us by a minor is deleted on discovery.
